The Rural Urban Synthesis Society (RUSS) community land trust is committed to the creation of genuinely affordable homes, so that Londoners on modest incomes can afford to rent or buy a property. The running costs of a RUSS home will be truly cost-effective, as the properties will be designed to be exceptionally energy efficient. This self-built scheme will be completed at the end of 2019.
