This community focused development of St Thomas Philadelphia site located north west of Sheffield city centre has been masterplanned by McGreggor Coxall an award-winning Sydney-based urban design practice, who were recruited and managed by Local Agenda. The emerging plan is to redevelop the site into an urban village that integrates church, residential and community uses.
